Huang Cui is a doctor of management. She studied in Sun Yat-Sen University from 1995 to 2002 and got bachelor's and master's degree in management. She received doctor’s degree in management after studying in Wuhan University from 2002 to 2005. She was a post-doctoral researcher in School of Public Policy and Management of Tsinghua University from 2005 to 2007. She served as an associate professor in the School of Public Management of Zhejiang University from 2007 to 2011 and served as a visiting scholar in the University of Cambridge from 2009 to 2010. In 2012, she joined the School of Public Policy and Management of Tsinghua University as an associate professor, Vice Director of the Center for Scientific Technology & Education Policy, Tsinghua University, and an expert of policy group for medium-term evaluation on the outline of national medium- and long-term plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology. She was in charge of four national-level scientific research projects, participated in two key projects of the Natural Science Foundation of China and key international cooperation projects, and took charge of eight basic research subjects at provincial and mistrial levels. She has published more than 60 academic papers, including eight SSCI journal papers, three EI journal papers, one ISSHP retrieval, and 24pieces of CSSCI retrieval.
