Meng Qingguo is now a professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University. He is also the executive vice president of the National Urban Performance Management Research Association, executive director of the China Administrative System Reform Research Association and director of the China Association of Administrative Management. He has published 7 books and more than 100 papers. He has achieved Tsinghua University Award for Outstanding Doctoral Dissertations, Tsinghua University Outstanding Teaching Achievement Award, China Sustainable Development Society Excellent Paper Award and other awards. He has also been selected into Beijing New Century Social Science Theory of “100 talent people” project and other talents projects.
