Yu An is the professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Public Policy and Management of Tsinghua University, Director of the Government Research Institute, and chief expert of the Center for Public-Private Partnership at Tsinghua University (TUPPP). His primary research area is government management. His research subjects include public-private partnership (PPP), government franchise management, government emergency management, clean government management, China and international government procurement system, China and global administrative law and law-based government construction. He is also the legal construction advisor of the Standing Committee of Beijing Municipal People’s Congress.
